Starting at 5:45 pm, Chef Ground will take you ‘behind the scenes’ and introduce you to Fireside’s culinary program and how he plans to utilize Liberty Station Public Market in his preparation and cooking. Chef Ground will then take you on a personal tour through the market, visiting local vendors who will provide tastings of their fresh produce and ingredients.
Back at Fireside, Chef Ground will prepare a 4-course meal inspired by locally grown, fresh ingredients from the market.
