We’ve taken the classic American brunch dishes you love and infused them with the rustic elegance, laid back atmosphere, and flame-inspired artistry that Fireside is known for. We call it “SoCal Americana”.
Our new menu includes:
Upstream Benny – smoked salmon, arugula, fried capers, and a poached egg, all on top of fresh baked cornbread and topped with brown butter hollandaise. Served with delicious breakfast potatoes.
Fireside Special – six ounces of bone-in pork chop cooked to perfection, with burnt orange sauce, two eggs, breakfast potatoes, and a piping hot house biscuit.
Bloody Brilliant – house-made bloody mary, plus sausage, chicken thigh, pork belly, shrimp, and pickled vegetables. Perfect for two people.
French Kiss – St. Germain, strawberry puree, and sparkling wine. Magnifique!
